**The Role**

We're excited to introduce this new role which is crucial for the seamless delivery of our services and office operations. We seek an experienced individual with a robust work ethic to assist our Director in managing schedules, meetings, and maintaining client records and notes, along with handling general administrative tasks as needed. This role requires meticulous attention to detail, a process-oriented mindset, and proficient IT skills, as a significant portion of responsibilities will involve utilising software like Word, Excel, and other computer systems.

Our commitment to delivering top-tier service to our clients underscores the importance of clear and prompt communication, complemented by thoughtful gestures such as extending a warm welcome and providing quality refreshments, like a freshly brewed cup of coffee.

**Main Responsibility of the role**
- Managing diaries and organising meetings with clients
- Maintain contacts database and serve as the first point of contact.
- Support with note taking and updating client records
- Support our Directors with daily tasks
- Manage office tasks including IT, filing, and stationery orders.
- Additional duties as required.

**Salary**: £23,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
