Receptionist

**Shift pattern** - 1pm-5pm, Monday to Friday
**Pay rate - **£12ph (Weekly Pay)
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Manage the front desk of our HQ Offices, serving as the first point of contact for visitors and clients from multiple businesses.
- Warmly greet customers, visitors, and employees as they arrive and provide assistance or direction as needed.
- Answer incoming calls, transfer calls to appropriate individuals or departments, and take messages when necessary.
- Perform general administrative duties such as sorting mail, scheduling appointments, and maintaining office supplies inventory.
- Keep the reception area and surrounding areas tidy and presentable at all times.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in a receptionist or customer service role is preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to maintain a professional and courteous demeanour in fast-paced environments.
