Belfast City Centre
**Main duties and responsibilities**
- Place adverts on Job boards, websites and social media sites
- Conduct initial telephone screening and arrange interviews
- Liaise with clients to ensure you have all the information needed to recruit successfully
- Process all pre-employment checks and ensure the highest standard of compliance
- Out of hours cover required on a rota basis
**Essential Criteria**
- Self-motivated, resilient, team player who is results driven
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A passion for providing excellent customer service
- Dependability and a strong work ethic
- Driven and flexible
- Ability to solve problems quickly
- Well-developed administration skills to include working knowledge of Microsoft Office programmes
**Salary and Benefits**
- £21,000 to £24,250 per annum plus performance-based bonus
- 30 to 35 days holiday per annum including stats
- Monday to Thursday 8.30am to 5pm, early finish on Fridays 4.30pm
- Out of hours cover required on a rota basis
