- This role is categorised as a _**_roam_**_ role. Roaming roles are a mixture of home and hub working with, in some instances, a degree of being out and about delivering services to customers. Your working day will be determined by what you need to do and where you need to go to maximise your productivity. This means that you could start and finish your day in different places depending on what you need to do, so we’ll support you working from a variety of locations. _

**The Role**:
We're looking for a Site Supervisor to assist the internal investment team in providing our customers with an excellent service, through the efficient co-ordinated delivery of group investment and improvement projects. Reporting to the Investment Area Manager, you'll be responsible for the effective co-ordination of resources required to deliver excellent service, whilst optimising performance, cost and risk. You'll also carry out pre and post inspection checks, carrying out any minor repairs prior to final handover.

As and when required, you'll carry out all multi-trade tasks, to ensure that customer service is delivered, and high standards are achieved. You'll deputise for Site Mangers during periods of absence, ensuring continuity of works and management of the site, as well as assisting the Investment Site Managers in providing on-site leadership and daily supervision, ensuring that health and safety standards are maintained, and safe operating procedures (SOPs) are adhered to at all times. You'll ensure works are progressing in a timely manner and our values and behaviours are continually upheld, whilst also ensuring any safety or quality concerns are rectified and or escalated.

**The Person**:
We're looking for someone who can demonstrate a proven track record in managing a multi-trade workforce, with strong knowledge and experience multi-trade disciplines, and a right first-time approach to delivering our internal investment programmes. You'll be customer focused and understand all aspects of delivering a first-class service in a challenging commercial environment. Having the ability to prioritise workload, achieve realistic targets, whilst maintaining all aspects of health and safety is also key. We are looking for someone with excellent interpersonal skills, skilled influencer and negotiator, who is able to communicate effectively with external stakeholders, customers and staff.

You must have the ability to carry out a range of multi-skilled repairs and snagging. You should be proficient in using hand power tools, as well as the ability to capture and record information on a range of software media.
