Integrate Engineering Resources are currently recruiting for Rigging Supervisors on behalf of our client for an industrial shutdown in Middlesbrough. Ensuring that all rigging operations comply with safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards.
Conducting regular safety inspections and risk assessments to identify and mitigate potential hazards.
Developing and implementing rigging plans and procedures for each project, considering factors such as load requirements, equipment specifications, and site conditions.
Coordinating with other departments and stakeholders to ensure that rigging activities are integrated smoothly into overall project schedules.
Monitoring equipment usage and maintenance to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
Maintaining accurate records of rigging activities, including equipment inspections, incident reports, and personnel certifications.
Serving as a point of contact for client inquiries and concerns regarding rigging operations.
