**Lecturer Hospitality and Catering**

Based at the Rye hill campus, Newcastle College requires a dedicated, enthusiastic, and qualified person to take on the role of Lecturer in Hospitality and Catering, specifically delivering across Further Education and Higher Education programs.

The main responsibilities of this role include effective planning, teaching, learning and assessment of further education students within this discipline, development of skills, behaviors and knowledge and ensuring the curriculum offer is current and relevant, and the department is compliant with any internal or external audits/inspections.

The role will support existing Curriculum staff in preparing for delivery and assessment of high-quality learning programs across Hospitality and Catering provision, as well as undertaking a range of administration duties.

The Hospitality and Catering department is a well-respected and positive place to work, where colleagues work effectively together to ensure all stakeholders get the best value from every aspect of the curriculum.
