**The Role**

As an Operations Accounts Administrator you will administer the receipts and payment function for the division, ensuring that all items are recorded accurately. You will also be performing all required reconciliation on bank accounts and system ledgers in collaboration with the Finance Department, within the agreed timescales and adhering company policy.

You will also:

- Ensure all payments received are accurately allocated within the agreed SLA
- Ensure all refunds and funding payments accurately posted and upload spreadsheets completed correctly
- Ensure that all controls and protocols are strictly met
- Meet all processing and accuracy targets
- Ensure that all telephone queries are dealt with effectively and efficiently
