**Location**: Bolton (hybrid home/office - 3 days in the office, flexible)

**Salary**: £25-£30,000, Dependent on experience

**About the Role & Company**

CCM are looking for an ambitious marketing executive to help us drive our brand transformation. We want to shake up the industry, creating an aspirational, lifestyle brand.

Our motorbikes are unique, different, in a category of their own. We want our marketing to showcase the same story.

We’ve got some really exciting projects and opportunities that we’re working on and we’re now looking to bring in the right team to drive us forwards.

In this role, you will have 3 key areas to focus on - content production, social medial management and admin/project & data management, as outlined below.

Put simply - you’ll play a vital role in producing awesome content for our various channels (social media, website and more) and helping our various projects succeed as best as they can.

You don’t need to know anything about motorcyclesyou just need that hunger and flair

**Key roles & responsibilities**

**Content Production**

1. Be the voice of CCM producing content from interviews with customers, engineers - explaining the power of the CCM bike & brand (using freelance support as needed)

4. Support Brand & Comms Manager ensuring copy is of sufficient quality and in-line with brand tones (i.e. proof reading, tone of voice, etc)
- Expererience or interest in photography/videography may be beneficial._

**Social Media Management**

1. Lead on managing on social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn) using a range of content across photos, videos & text and including replying to interactions with followers

2. Drive and develop an online community transforming followers into fans into brand ambassadors

**Admin / Project & Data Management**

1. Work alongside marketing and other key stakeholders (inc freelancers, content producers and external agencies) to coordinate key marketing projects, tasks & deadlines amongst

2. Support the coordination of events, including being the point of contact for event organisers, arranging the transport of bikes & equipment, arranging other key logistics (power, transportation, accommodation, signage) and driving in-event engagement

3. Support management by collating & presenting data from key sources and managing the quality of data input into the CRM

4. Perform, analyse and present key research across competitors, customers, products and the general market
