You will build a social content calendar for each brand, coming up with exciting, engaging trend-led content ideas and working alongside the marketing team to ensure these ideas come to life. **SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE**
- Creativity
- Social Media Marketing: 1 year (preferred)

**MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Create, update, and maintain the content being put out on the various platforms
- Take ownership of the Social Media calendar
- Plan and execute Social Media campaigns including paid advertisements across all social channels (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter etc.)
- Work hand in hand with our Marketing team to produce creatives and content that will be a hit with our audience
- Implement and grow the social media strategy that aligns with company goals and raises brand awareness, generate a positive buzz, creates conversation, and ultimately deliver website visits and conversions
- |identify trends and insights
- Provide analysis and report on existing social media channels, the success of the company’s content plans, as well as advising on how to improve
- Listening and reacting to segmented groups of customers, prospects, influencers, and competitors
- Support the training of colleagues to better utilise social media

**ROLE PARAMETERS**
Department: Marketing
Reporting to: Marketing Manager
Location: Farnworth/Bolton.
Working Hours: Monday - Thursday, 8;30am - 5pm, Fridays 08:30am - 4pm with additional hours as reasonably required to excel within the role.
