**About The Role**

This is an exciting opportunity for a Senior Account Executive with a passion for client handling to join the Rockfield Media team. You'll be working with clients from a range of sectors, including sport, leisure, automotive and retail. Perhaps you’re an Account Executive looking for a step up? Or you're already a Senior Account Executive but ready for a change? Our Account Handlers are given ownership and accountability of specific projects, so we’re looking for a self-contained unit, with the ongoing support of the Client Services Director and studio team.

**What You’ll Do**

The range of activities you will undertake is broad and you'll continue to develop your skills through your meticulous delivery of a variety of projects and campaigns.

Day to day you can expect to
- Be responsible for handling the day-to-day coordination of your accounts and communication with key clients, helping to build your relationship with your clients directly.
- Develop informed briefs and manage the briefing process for the studio team.
- Assist in the project development process by reviewing copy/creative outputs against the brief, providing considered feedback to the team.
- Contribute to the social media management and content creation of a handful of your client’s social channels, in line with the agreed strategy.
- Manage several projects at one time from initial client brief through to finalisation, effectively prioritizing as needed.
- Capitalising on new opportunities with clients, proactively bringing these to the attention of the senior team.

**What You’ll Need**
- Minimum 1 years’ experience in a client facing/account handling role, preferably (_but not mandatory_) in an agency setting.
- Evidence of social media management skills.
- An understanding of the importance of a client to agency partnership and enjoys developing strong and trusting relationships with clients.
- A proactive, positive attitude with the ability to use initiative.
- Be a curious individual, comfortable to ask questions to better your understanding.
- Great project management skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £26,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
