The Role: As a Compliance Administrator or HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring regulatory compliance and promoting a safe working environment within our organization. Your responsibilities will include:

- Conducting internal audits and site inspections in accordance with ISO9001, H&S, and other relevant standards.
- Assisting in addressing customer queries related to regulatory compliance obligations like Reach, RoHS, Conflict Minerals, etc., and maintaining documentation accordingly.
- Assisting in the development and creation of general and specific risk assessments, such as Compliance, FMEA, COSHH, DSEAR, Manual Handling, PUWER, etc.
- Tracking actions on the action register and sending out reminders to ensure timely completion.
- Providing training and guidance to personnel, especially conducting H&S inductions for new employees.
- Assisting in the investigation of internal complaints, customer non-conformities, and accidents.
- Reviewing existing safe systems of work and risk assessments to identify areas for improvement.
- Supporting the creation of standardized and safe operating procedures.
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in a related field, preferably in a manufacturing or engineering environment.
- NEBOSH certification or other recognized accreditation in health and safety management.
- Internal auditor qualification in either ISO 9001, ISO 45001, or ISO 14001.
- HND/HNC or degree qualification in a relevant field.
- Good attention to detail and a methodical approach to working.
- Adherence to all ISO 9001, environmental, and health and safety policies and procedures.
