Are you a **strategic HR Business Partner** looking for your next role?

Do you have experience working in **matrix structures** for blue chip businesses?

I am currently supporting a **global organisation** to source a HR Business Partner to look after four key areas of the business. In total, you will support c300 employees across the four employee groups and collaborate with 5 other HR BusinessPartners looking after different employees groups across the UK. Whilst you will be the only HR representative present on site, you will be **supported by a HR Shared Service Centre** with ample Admin, ER & HR Advisory support.

The role will take ownership in **designing and driving the local people agenda**, working with **Senior Leadership Teams** of each division to understand their local business agenda and create a people plan that best supports it. You will take ownership of **talent management** and **talent development** processes, working with senior leaders to identify business critical roles and high performing/potential talent and designing development routes for them to help feed into the **succession plan**, de-risking the business wherever possible. **Project Management** will play a huge part in the role, driving HR initiatives from head office and local people projects and change programmes to support the business agenda.
- Must have previously worked in a **matrix environment**, supported by a HR Shared Service Centre that requires you to build an internal network through the various HR disciplines and refer employees to the right person to sort any transactionalerrors
- Experience **partnering C-suite/SLT** members on designing and delivering localised HR plans tied into their business agenda
- Experience supporting both a **white and blue collar** workforce
- Have developed **talent management** plans to support the business agenda and de-risk the business units
- Performing **due-diligence** for your areas of the business
