Partnership Assistant

The Partnership team play a pivotal role in our growth strategy, working closely with Sales and Marketing. The Partnership Assistant is responsible for the central management and reporting for our key audiences, primarily specific Introducers, Partnerships and Industry Associations, as part of our combined efforts within the Origination Introducer Strategy.
**Key responsibilities**:
- Where identified and appointed, taking responsibility for the relationship management of key identified partners, to support the sales effort to sell as many of our core products as possible and where appropriate.
- Responsible for monitoring and reporting on lead flow volumes and quality, and ensuring we deliver on our commitments to the partnership.
- Day to day responsibility for delivering our ‘always-on’ inbound channels for all products, incorporating both clients/prospects and Introducers via online and phone, which supplements and supports our primary introducer channel via field sales team.
- Effective and swift management of staff and client referrals, adhering to the company-wide process, improving speed of conversion via Regional Directors and enabling greater transparency, consistency, data quality and reporting.
- Using all new decisioning tools and portals to facilitate quick and effective lead flow to the Regional Directors for conversion of leads.
- Collaboration and communication with Sales and Marketing team to optimise lead generation and deal conversion, supporting with other activities as required.
- As part of a high performing team, ability to switch between introducers and client conversations, focused on optimising our origination capabilities.
- Build your knowledge and understanding of the entire range of Ultimate Finance Group products and services and able to talk knowledgably with both audiences, especially introducers.
- Adherence to Ultimate Sales Standards.
- At all times represent the company professionally and maintain our high standards in all respects and receive/undertake all relevant and mandatory training.
