Job description
The Community and Events Coordinator (Underrepresented Groups) is a key role within the UWLSU Community and Belonging team, who are changing the way they engage, **support and empower underrepresented groups** at The University of West London Students’ Union. This role will lead on this exciting and new area by developing and creating programs of work specifically designed to engage underrepresented groups and communities. This includes but is not limited to **providing bespoke and targeted support** to our student groups and communities made up of underrepresented students while supporting the wider student group community with guidance, support, development and training opportunities. The post holder will lead (online and in-person) innovative **community outreach and awareness campaigns**. Additionally, the post holder will have the chance to flex and develop their event skills by **delivering a catalogue of creative and fun Union events** designed to maximise engagement and further the student experience.
