- **Ordering & Purchasing**: Ensure timely and cost-efficient procurement of materials.
- **Invoicing**: Manage the invoicing process efficiently and maintain communication with our accountants.
- **Bookkeeping**: Keeping an up-to-date and accurate record of financial transactions.
- **Inventory Management**: Regularly updating our inventory with the latest pricing information.
- **Sourcing**: Identify and source materials and components required for production.
- **Supplier Relationships**: Develop and maintain positive relationships with our current suppliers.
- **BOM Management**: Create and manage Bills of Materials for each product.
- **Project coordination**:Organization of meetings. Support in project logistics, collections and deliveries.
- **System management**: Back of house file management
- **General Support**: Assist in housekeeping and maintain general office organisation.

- Competent IT user including Excel.
- Experience in Accounting software.
- Experience in maintaining BOMs.
- Ability to complete all tasks to a high standard.
- Ability to work independently
- Excellent time management & response to purchase orders.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with external suppliers and the production team
- Strong verbal, written and digital communication skills.
- Part time & flexible: 20 hours per week.
- 20 days holiday entitlement, plus 8 bank holidays.
- Free on site parking
**Salary - £27,000 pro rata, equivalent to £14,400pa.**
**Job Type**: Part-time
**Salary**: £27,130.00-£28,251.00 per year
Expected hours: 20 per week
