- Job Description Summary
- As Client Services Associate, you will be responsible for providing helpful, friendly and high-quality support to our clients, clients, when they need them.
- In return our client offers an attractive base salary, annual performance bonus paid in January, Partnership bonus paid in June, and competitive benefits. Working days are Monday to Friday (no regular weekend work) and staff in most roles work in the office on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays, with Mondays and Fridays working from home. - Core Job Responsibilities
- As Client Services Associate, you will;- Identify applicable internal partners to collaborate with to develop solutions.
- Ensure client inquiries are resolved and communicated within defined service levels. Ensure all communications are within regulatory guidelines and are accurate, clear, and concise.
- Develop knowledge of funds, products, and services, as well as the overall Financial Services industry.

Qualifications for the job
- You will be a brilliant fit for this role if you can demonstrate related work experience in client services. Ideally you will have worked in the Financial Services industry, although that isn't a pre-requisite provided you are willing to put in the work to become knowledgeable about investment products. You will thrive if you love working in a team dedicated to helping people.
