**Commercial Manager Hospitality**

We have an exciting opportunity for an ambitious sports mad commercial manager to join our team and work on some of the most exciting hospitality projects in sport.

This role will suit a pro-active, commercially minded individual looking for a diverse role in a fast-paced agency where you will gain experience at some of the world’s most exciting sports events.

The primary purpose of this role is to support the sales, marketing, and administration of a new and exciting portfolio of official and exclusive premium experiences at major sports events direct to consumers and businesses.

**Primary Responsibilities**
- Work with the Head of Marketing to develop, and project manage the marketing and promotional strategies for each event
- Co-ordinate the development of all event branded sales, marketing, and event collateral with creative teams and submit to Rights Holder partners for approval
- Project manage the creation of landing pages and online sales platforms
- Manage and follow up all inbound sales enquiries
- Be the primary contact for all sales agents and manage all sales agent enquiries and agency relationships
- Monitor budgets and provide regular budget updates and sales reports to the management team
- Plan and manage hospitality guest communications
- Attend events onsite and manage all Guest Services
- Event ticketing allocation and distribution management
- Work with the Finance team to ensure efficient sales invoicing processes and follow up
- Undertake any other responsibilities assigned by the Executive Team
- Use, and help develop a CRM system to capture all interaction with potential clients and to identify sales trends and potential areas of opportunity
- Research and establish sales initiatives to build the database of potential customers/clients and drive further sales

**Main Job Requirements and Person Specification**
- Experience of the sales, marketing and guest services elements associated with hospitality events
- Relevant experience of working in within a Commercial Hospitality or Sport sales, marketing, or operational environment and/or with high-net-worth clients
- Relevant experience of a data-driven, strategic sales approach
- Relevant experience of inputting and maintaining CRM systems and data
- Track record of high performance within an event/experiential environment

**Abilities/Skills/Knowledge**
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Knowledge of MS Office suite of programmes
- Possess a problem solving, pro-active and consultative approach to meeting clients’ needs
- Able to identify problems quickly and balance solutions with time/cost
- Able to present complicated options in a clear and effective manner both over the phone and in person
- Able to function well in a high-pressure environment
- Able to work pro-actively and complete work to a set schedule with mínimal supervision
- Able to multitask effectively
