**About the role**

Our London based private practice is looking for an experienced Patient and Admin Coordinator who is looking to advance their career and work in a thriving and supportive workplace. As a Patient and Admin Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring the continued provision of the highest quality of patient care and administrative support to our team.

Mr Olivier Amar is a leading consultant plastic, reconstructive and aesthetic surgeons, specialising in bespoke facial rejuvenation, body contouring and breast enhancement. Welcoming patients from all around the world, we strive to create a warm and friendly environment to best support our patients through their journey.

Duties will include:

- Providing full secretarial support to one Consultant Plastic Surgeon.
- Management of patient appointments and surgery bookings, liaising with patients and hospital staff as required in order to facilitate this.
- Diary management.
- Ensure that all invoicing, billing, electronic paperwork is always completed promptly and accurately.
- Contribute to the development of the practice and lead on agreed projects.
- Any other duties as requested by the Practice Manager

**What are we looking for?**

We are looking for a brand ambassador we can trust to ensure our patients receive the highest quality of service during their interaction with the practice.
- Previous medical secretarial or patient coordinator experience is essential, ideally private.
- Strong attention to detail, accurate typing and letter proof reading skills.
- Computer literacy.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Knowledge of Pabau would be an advantage.
- Experience of working in a similar high-end environment, delivering exceptional levels of service.
