**The Job**:
Are you self-motivated with a “can do” attitude? Are you able to work in a high volume environment where understanding the importance of delivery against client service levels is critical? Do you have data entry experience? You must be confident to liaise with Courts, Clients and Claimant solicitors by telephone.

**The Job**:
**Key Responsibilities**

Operations
- Working as part of a larger team in administering Client. Accept Service paperwork, following agreed processes and procedures to ensure accuracy of information
- Role requires data entry and validation of information so accuracy and attention to detail is critical
- High volume environment where understanding the importance of delivery against client service levels being critical
- Liaising with Courts, Clients and Claimant solicitors by telephone in order to clarify received or missing information
- Handling confidential information in line with the firm's data security protocols
- Other administrative duties, as required
- Adhere to defined standards and processes

Client
- Have the ability to deal with client issues quickly and effectively, seeking assistance when required
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external clients providing assistance and advice as and when required

**The Package**:
In return the Administrator / Electronic Working Operator - Nominations will receive a salary of £19,356 and benefits which includes Private Medical Insurance, Life Insurance/Life Assurance, Company Pension, Corporate Eye Care, Personal Accident and Company Sick Pay.
