**Job description**:
**We are expanding our team in and around Ashton Under Lyne and the surrounding areas including Mossley**

**We require experienced Healthcare Assistants / Support Workers to support our service users with their complex care needs.**

Are you an experienced Healthcare assistant or Support Worker who is committed, motivated and enjoys delivering one to one support?

**This could be just the position you are looking for**

We provide care to adults and children who have long-term, life-limiting conditions that mean they require a care team indefinitely.

You will be required to provide support with daily tasks such as personal, social care needs, moving and handling and attending to their clinical care needs.

**If you have.**
- At least 3 months experience in care
- The time to commit to a minimum of two shifts per week
- A passion to make a difference
- A desire to progress your career
- Valid Driving Licence (Desirable)

- Our rates start from £10.50 per hour whilst shadowing
- Excellent pay rates once fully trained, min £11.00 per hour up to £17.50 per hour*

**Desirable Experience**
- Seizure Management
- Tracheostomy Care
- Gastrostomy Care (Peg Feeding)

**Shifts Available**
- Full Time and Part Time
- Days and Nights
- Minimum 2 shifts per week
- There is a mixture of shifts available across our positions
- Day Shifts between the hours of 7am - 7.30pm
- Night Shifts between the hours of 7pm - 8am
