**Job description**:
**Are you looking to expand your skills and enhance your career to include providing Complex Clinical Care or do you already have Complex Care experience?**

We are looking for compassionate and committed Healthcare Assistants in Ashton-Under-Lyne, who are passionate about delivering the highest quality 2:1 care for our service user, building positive relationships with them and their family while enabling them to live as independently as possible in their own home.

**Meet our service user**

Our service user is a gentleman in his 50’s who lives independently in Ashton-Under-Lyne with the support from his care team. He requires support with his complex and clinical care needs on a 2:1 basis throughout the night.

He has a great sense of humour and loves the interaction with his care team, he is looking for someone like-minded to assist with his care and engage in his banter.

He enjoys watching TV especially Football, boxing, UFC, and he is a massive Manchester United Fan. He also loves his home cooked food prepared by his care team.

Throughout the night you will provide support with his personal care, repositioning, clinical observations and attending to his clinical care needs when required. You will provide a peaceful environment to promote a restful nights sleep.

**Our service user has specifically requested for female staff to work on their team.**

**Essential Experience Required**
- 3 months previous care experience
- Personal Care
- Moving and Handling
- Medication Administration
- Exposure to complex care

**Desirable Experience**
- Gastrostomy Care (Peg Feeding)
- Tracheostomy Care
- Spinal Injury Care
- Diabetes Management

**We have the following shifts available;**
- Full Time & Part Time Nights available
- 2-3 shifts per week
- 7:00pm - 7:00am
- Alternate Weekends are needed for this position

**Take a look at our pay rates**

Weeknights: £13.50 per hour (Approx. £162 per 12-hour shift)

Weekends: £14.00 per hour (Approx. £168 per 12-hour shift)

Bank Holidays: £17.50 per hour (Approx. £210 per 12-hour shift)
