Are you looking to expand your skills and enhance your career to include providing Complex Clinical Care or do you already have Complex Care experience?

We are looking for compassionate and committed Healthcare Assistants in Bolton, who are passionate about delivering the highest quality 2:1 care for our service user, building positive relationships with them and their family while enabling them to live as independently as possible in their own home.

Meet our service user

Our service user is a gentleman in his 50’s who lives independently on his own with the support from his care team. He requires support with his complex and clinical care needs on a 2:1 basis throughout the day and night.

He has a great sense of humour and loves the interaction with his care team, he is looking for someone like-minded to assist with his care and engage in his banter.

He enjoys watching TV especially Football, boxing, UFC, and he is a massive Manchester United Fan. He also loves home cooked food prepared by his care team.

Our service user has specifically requested for female staff to work on their team.

Essential Experience Required

3 months previous care experience

Personal Care

Moving and Handling

Medication Administration

Exposure to complex care

Desirable Experience

Gastrostomy Care (Peg Feeding)

Tracheostomy Care

Spinal Injury Care

Diabetes Management

We have the following shifts available;
Full Time & Part Time available
- 3 shifts per week

Days
- 7:00am - 7:00pm

Nights 7:00pm - 7:00am

Alternate Weekends are needed for this position

Take a look at our pay rates

**Weekdays**: £13.00 per hour (Approx. £156 per 12 hour-shift)

**Weeknights**: £13.50 per hour (Approx. £162 per 12-hour shift)

**Weekends**: £14.00 per hour (Approx. £168 per 12-hour shift)

**Bank Holidays**: £17.50 per hour (Approx. £210 per 12-hour shift)
