We are currently recruiting for a **Events Coordinator **to join our busy, vibrant sales team for a maternity cover contract for 1year, approx 25 hours per week across 4-5 days Mon-Fri.
**Events Coordinator** - What you will do?**
- To pro-actively sell all our venues for special events (birthdays, anniversary's)
- To plan internal events at Tewinbury including the farm yard weekly live music nights
- Conduct appointments/show rounds with potential clients, promoting Tewin Bury Farm to the highest standard
- Conduct planning appointments with booked events
- To take part in the weekly function sheet meeting with ops and chef
- To attend Sales Office meetings as required
- To be able to assist at the wedding/event fayres that we host throughout the year
- Work towards the events budget
- Proactive approach towards future business and re-act accordingly
**Events Coordinator**:
- Who we are looking for?**
- Previous experience in a similar position for a boutique hotel or high quality hotel group is a must.
- Confident and experienced in selling Events and Conferencing spaces - maximizing revenue generation for this department.
