**SHORT ROLE DESCRIPTION**:
As Lead Administrator, you will provide inspired administrative support l for the whole organisation and help promote a company culture that encourages top performance and high morale. You will ensure that you always implement professional standards of communications.You will develop, implement and review operational policies and procedures and work with the board of Directors to plan for short and long-term goals. You will have a keen eye on budgets and budgetary changes and ensure that the business remains compliantby achieving deadlines for regulatory submissions. You will actively become involved with the marketing of the business through multiple media platforms and possess a solid understanding of office 365 functionality, and ideally a good understanding of SEOand WordPress to manage and positively contribute to website development (although not a fundamental requirement).
**PRINCIPAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- The responsibility of this role requires that you are able to work autonomously and have the ability to analyse the current administrative processes, drive efficiency gains by seeking out improvements, and be a key player in implementing new platforms tohelp futureproof the business and assist with its ambitus expansion plans.
- Provide HR and payroll support to ensure all key deadlines are achieved.
- Provide marketing support by uploading blogs, completed projects and managing media platforms such Linked-In, Facebook and Twitter etc.
- Interact with operational staff and contractors to ensure all paperwork is delivered within deadlines and to a high standard. Also, to ensure that contractor insurance requirements are always current and develop systems to highlight issues.
- Liaise with our regulatory bodies to ensure that all insurance and documentation is always current and to requirements.
- You will ensure that **every** job is correctly documented, and the appropriate Risk Assessments and Method Statements are completed and filed.
- Communication will be a cornerstone of your operation to ensure that all Directors and the workforce are enabled to operate to high standards and in a timely manner.
- You will assist in the for resourcing and recruiting operational staff, both direct and sub
- contracted.
- Once established within the role, Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) will be discussed and agreed to ensure all targets and financial targets are met. You will be key to developing a robust system to measure this element and to ensure its effective implementation.You will also assist with the development of these for all staff.
- You will ensure margins and costs are correctly monitored and assist the Directors with budget planning. This will include the raising of correct Purchase Orders, price checking on an ongoing basis and the confirmation and return of all unused materialsfor a credit.

- Ensure full administrative support for the Directors and staff including the correct execution of **all**paperwork processes.
- Maintaining the image internally and to external customers
