Kingsdown Golf Club are seeking an experienced Office Administrator / Data Entry Clerk with great communication and organization skills to join their office based near Corsham.
- 25 hours per week Monday-Friday 09.00 - 14:00
Renumeration:
- Up to £15 p/h depending upon experience Key Responsibilities:
- Preparing, organising and storing information in paper and digital form.
- Entering purchase invoices onto accounts software
- Meet and greet visitors/members
- Order office supplies
- Updating computer records using a CRM database
- Liaising with staff members in other departments Key Requirements:
- Experience working with accounts purchase data entry - not compulsory
- Great communication skills, verbal and written
- Numerate
- Attention to detail
- Strong organisation skills with good time management
- Good team player with strong interpersonal skills Key Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of related experience in a data entry environment.
- Experience in customer service administration.
This Office Administrator / Data Entry Clerk role is an ongoing permanent position and has an immediate start date.
