The Sales Administrator is responsible for performing administrative tasks in relation to office operations and customer service, following MWE standards and procedures.

Role Specific Responsibilities and Duties, directly or through reportees:

- Report to the Sales Office Supervisor
- Raise, monitor, and action orders and/or amendments.
- Action and manage order/despatch/invoice confirmations for customers.
- Allocate orders in SAGE (ERP System) and advise the warehouse of shipments ready to pack
- Manage end-of-day figures. Responsibilities and Duties:

- Answering phones
- Take equal responsibility in identifying skill and knowledge developmental needs and suggesting ways to address these.
- Carry out daily activities in line with the Company’s policies, procedures, and processes.
- Provide support and training to the new member of staff, when required.
- Provide Holiday cover when required for team members tasks.

Ad-Hoc Duties:

- Monitoring returns
- Gathering of POD evidence from couriers
- Update customer details on SAGE.
- Sample shipping.
- Action standing orders.
- Action credit notes
- Complaints/queries investigations
- Reporting In addition to the main duties there will also be other job-related tasks that will need to be actioned by you to support the running of the Company. These duties will form a less significant part of the role. Skills:
You need to be proficient in the following areas:

- Attention to detail and strong accuracy.
- Organised and logical approach to work
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- Remain calm under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Preferably 2-4 years’ experience in a customer service environment processing orders on an ERP system and working with customer enquiries.
- Computer literae
- Work efficiently and effectively.
- Relationship-building skills, with the ability to collaborate.

**Job Type**: Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: £22,000.00-£23,000.00 per year
