Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented HR and Culture Officer to join our team. As a HR and Culture Officer, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the human resources department and assisting with various HR functions. This is a vital role in ensuring the smooth operations of our HR processes.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist with data entry and maintenance of employee records in electronic systems such as Bright HR
- Support the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews with our home managers
- Completing safer recruitment in line with the Childrens Home (England) Regulations 2015
- Coordinate employee onboarding and orientation programs.
- Manage employee files and ensure compliance with recordkeeping requirements.
- Assist with benefits administration, including enrollment and claims processing.
- Conduct research on HR best practices and assist in developing rewards and benefits packages
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee information.
- Assist with social media management for HR-related content.
- Provide general administrative support to the HR team and to work closely with our external HR provider

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably in a human resources department within the health and social care sector
- Strong data entry skills with high attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Knowledge of HR processes and best practices is preferred.
- CIPD Level 3 qualified

Pay: Up to £32,000.00 per year
