We currently have a opportunity to join our Finance team in a Finance Admin Assistant role, as we support the business in ongoing and upcoming advancement. We are looking for an individual who has strong finance administrative background, with great attention to detail and organisation skills to support the Office Manager.

Working hours are 9am - 3.30pm (3 days per week).

You will be working in a friendly, fast-paced environment. This post therefore requires good interpersonal, presentation, organisational and communication skills, and the confidence to deal with clients, external professionals, and staff at all levels. It is essential that you have a keen eye for detail; a professional demeanour and are able to work within the existing team.
- Experience within a similar role in a Finance function
- Processing sale invoices and credit notes.
- Processing expenses claims
- Credit control
- Assistance with the monthly payroll and pension.
- Assisting with general finance and business administration
- Should be able to work independently
- Strong IT Knowledge - (especially Microsoft Office, Excel, Microsoft Teams) - Essential
- Knowledge of Xero is preferably but not essential.
- Must have exceptional attention to detail
