**JOB DESCRIPTION**:
Are you a Personal Insolvency Administrator with at least 2 years of experience, looking for an exciting opportunity to join a rapidly growing and dynamic organization? We have the perfect role for you Our client is seeking an experienced IVA Personal Insolvency Administrator to join their team in Bury.

As a specialist in Individual Voluntary Arrangements (IVAs), you’ll primarily focus on IVA cases but may also assist with Bankruptcy and Compulsory Liquidation cases. You’ll have the opportunity to make a real impact in an environment that encourages self-expression and professional growth.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage your own case portfolio, ensuring timely case progression and statutory reporting
- Maintain regulatory compliance and advise debtors on their options
- Attend client visits as needed and handle additional ad hoc tasks
- Exercise autonomy in decision-making and deal with high-risk issues
- Work with complex IVAs involving self-employed debtors, tax issues, and personal guarantees

**Requirements**:

- A minimum of 2 years of personal insolvency experience, including IVAs
- Strong numeracy, analytical, and communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Flexibility, adaptability, and ability to manage competing priorities
- Team player with strong organizational skills and interpersonal abilities
- Accountancy or insolvency qualification is desirable but not required
