Part-time Receptionist

**Summary of Role**
**Key Responsibilities & Duties**
- Greet incoming visitors, determining the nature and purpose of their visit
- Notify the appropriate person that a visitor has arrived to see them
- Maintain security for the building by ensuring all visitors sign in when they arrive and are provided with a visitors pass and also ensure that all visitors sign out when they leave the building and return their visitors pass
- Answering phone calls and responding appropriately to the caller’s needs
- Oversee dispatches and deliveries of items to and from the building
- Assist in the co-ordination and set up of meetings in our Boardrooms
- Arrange catering for specific meetings
- Ensure the Reception area remains a tidy and safe environment
- Assist with post room duties when required
- Book couriers and taxis when required
- Make hotel reservations when required
- Create purchase orders when required
- Manage archive box requests
- Provide general administration support
- Maintain and order stationary and other supplies as and when required
- The role holder will also be required to carry out any other duties that may reasonably be required in line with the main duties detailed above.
**Knowledge, Skills and Experience**
- Previous experience in Reception and Administration
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Good computer skills and experience in using Microsoft Office
- Professional, welcoming, well presented, and courteous
**Additional information**
12.45pm to 5.00pm (Mon-Fri)
