Acting as a clinical resource within Critical Care, you will participate in and provide education supporting appropriate management of haemodynamic instability, complex ventilatory methods and vital organ support. You will promote excellent nursing care that is based on latest research findings and constitutes best practice whilst being clinically competent and confident to utilise skills and knowledge in a variety of clinical settings; ensuring that appropriate, consistent and realistic information is provided to staff within critical care. You will ensure that clinical practice is in accordance with Trust policies, procedures and guidelines, the NMC, The Code: Professional standards for Practice and behaviour for Nurses and Midwives.
