We are looking for experienced and committed Healthcare Assistants with an interactive approach, who are eager to enhance their skills in the complex care sector. While prior complex care experience is beneficial, it is not a requirement as full bespoke clinical training will be provided.

**Meet our service user**

Our service user is a cheerful young girl in her early teens, who lives with her loving family in Birmingham and requires support with her complex and clinical care needs throughout the day on a 1:1 basis.

She loves the interaction with those around her and enjoys exploring a variety of activities with the encouragement from her care team. The support and engagement provided by her care team will help her in discovering new interests and creating a nurturing and vibrant environment for her personal growth and happiness.

Your day will include providing all aspects of her care and companionship including tasks such as washing, dressing, moving, and handling requirements, attending to her clinical care needs when required and assisting her to enjoy her hobbies and interests.

**Our service user has specifically requested for female staff to work on their team.**

**To be successful in this role it is essential that you have experience with the following**:

- 3 months previous care experience
- Medication Administration
- Personal Care
- Moving and Handling
- Pet Friendly (Our service user has a family pet dog)

**Experience working with the following clinical needs is desirable, however is not essential to be considered for this role**:

- Nebuliser care
- Oral Suctioning
- Enteral Feeding

**We have the following shifts available**
- Part Time Days 2-3 shifts per week
- Shift times can vary between 8:00am - 6:00pm
- Alternate weekends are needed for this position

**Take a look at our pay rates**

Weekdays: £13.00 per hour (£130.00 approx. per 10-hour shift)

Weekends: £14.00 per hour (£140 approx. per 10-hour shift)

Bank Holidays: £15.00 per hour (£150.00 approx. per 10-hour shift)
