We are looking for experienced and committed Healthcare Assistants with an interactive approach, who are eager to enhance their skills in the complex care sector. While prior complex care experience is beneficial, it is not a requirement as full bespoke clinical training will be provided.

You will need to be passionate about delivering the highest quality care to our service users, building positive relationships with them and their family whilst empowering them to live as independently as possible within the comfort of their own home.

**Meet our service user**

Our service user is a sociable young lady in her teens who lives with her family in Birmingham, she requires support throughout the day on a 1:1 basis to support her complex care needs.

A key aspect of this role will be to assist with her complex care needs in both her home and educational environment. This is a rewarding opportunity to play a vital role in her daily life, promoting her development, well-being, and independence.

Our mission is to provide consistent, high-quality care and support, ensuring she thrives academically, socially, and emotionally.

She loves the interaction and attention from those around her, enjoys exploring a variety of sensory activities and listening to her favourite music.

Throughout the day your role will include supporting with her morning routine and daily tasks such as washing, dressing, and mobility, before accompanying her to her educational setting. You will provide support tailored to her specific needs, closely observe her clinical care needs, ensuring her safety, comfort, and well-being throughout the day.

**Our service user has specifically requested for female staff to work on their team**

**Essential Experience Required**
- 3 months previous care experience
- Personal Care
- Moving and Handling
- Medication Administration

**Desirable Experience**
- Epilepsy Experience
- PEG Feeding
- Diabetes Management
- Oral Suctioning

**We have the following shifts available;**
- Part Time Days
- 2 shifts per week
- Monday’s & Tuesday’s
- 8:00am - 4:30pm

**We are currently paying £13.00 per hour for this position (Approx. £110.50 per 8.5 hour-shift)**
