**The Role**

We are now recruiting for an Administrator to join the team based in their offices in Hamilton. The role will include working as part of the team to ensure high standards of Customer Service to customers, providing timely information and continuous improvement in process and quality.

In detail the role includes:

- Planning of the engineers work schedules, ensuring clients requirements are met within the set timescales
- Ensuring all data is updated onto the client register and is regularly maintained
- Liaising continuously with clients, engineers and Project Manager’s to ensure smooth communication and efficient service
- Collation of engineers job sheets and certification from completed works and process for billing
- Working with in house computer systems to generate reports

Any other duties within the team to assist where necessary

**Who we want**
- Experience of working in a busy office environment is beneficial
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office packages e.g., Word and Excel
- Excellent communication skills and a professional telephone manner is required
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
