**Job Description**:
**As a Receptionist, you will...**
- Provide customers with a heartfelt and memorable experience each and every time they visit
- Meet and greet our customers and check them into their hotel room upon arrival
- Answer telephone enquiries and deal with customer complaints to ensure everyone enjoys their stay
- Make sure the front of house is always safe, legal, and clean, and any issues are dealt with as quickly and safely as possible
