As a Hotel Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere that sets the tone for their stay. Your responsibilities will include:

- Greeting guests upon arrival and departure with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Managing reservations and ensuring accurate check-ins and check-outs.
- Providing information to guests about hotel services, local attractions, and dining options.
- Handling guest inquiries, requests, and concerns with prompt and courteous service.
- Operating the hotel's reservation and check-in systems with precision.
- Coordinating with other hotel staff to ensure a smooth and seamless guest experience.

**Requirements**:
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and qualities:

- Previous experience in a similar role or in customer service is preferred.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in using hotel reservation and property management systems.
- A dedication to delivering outstanding service and exceeding guest expectations.
- Professional appearance and a positive attitude.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
