**About the role**:
This role is based from either Blackpool, Accrington or Preston office. We are looking for a Triage and Early Intervention Officer to contact young victims of crime and conduct initial assessment and provide initial advice, guidance and support. You will also be responsible for referring and signposting internally and externally to meet the needs of our young people.

You will need:
- Excellent communication skills and have the ability to engage with young people.
- Understanding of the impact of crime on young people.
- Experience of conducting assessments.
- The ability to work at pace and to manage time effectively.
