Overview:
**Responsibilities**:

- Manage the day to day running of all relevant social media channels for both TTS and Consortium and associated social interaction by monitoring activity and responding accordingly
- Ensure the brand on-line reputation is protected and projected positively
- Work closely with the customer service team to ensure workflow is managed around the various sentiments of social media platforms with specific attention being made to any negative comments
- Along with the Content Manager, work closely with the digital acquisition managers to ensure that the Paid Social strategy dovetails the organic strategy whilst delivering against the KPI’s
- Set-up, monitor and analyse paid activity, making recommendations for future campaigns
- Create and lead paid and organic social creative campaigns, in line with the wider marketing campaigns ensuring an omnichannel approach where applicable
- Plan content and delivery using specialist tools to manage multiple social media channels (Sprout Social)
- Work closely with the Head of Content and Content Manager to ensure the digital content is promoted to the best ability and provide engagement insight to evolve the content strategy
- Outreach to influencers to increase the business’ reach and engagement of our content, brands and products and nurture these relationships
- Produce reports on social media performance relevant to various audiences throughout the business, from the digital team to the exec.
- Write detailed creative briefs, working closely with in-house creative designers to manage creative requirements for social media campaigns
- Update and review Canva templates to refresh artwork accordingly in line with campaign activity

**Experience**:

- Qualified to degree in marketing, digital or social media
- Experience within a relevant/ related role, preferably within B2B
- Extensive knowledge of all social media platforms, associated tools, trends and best in class approaches
- Experienced in using social media scheduling tools (Sprout Social or similar platforms)
- Well-versed in social media management, KPIs and reporting tools
- Proven experience of social media channel growth and successful community engagement
- Excellent knowledge of social media specs, formats and regulations
- Implementing brand TOV with consistency
- Ability to handle multiple workstreams at pace, often reacting to changes at short notice
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work with full autonomy
- Proven experience collaborating with numerous stakeholders
- Ability to leverage data to maximise business opportunities
- Ability to see problems as opportunities and have a creative and proactive approach to problem solving
- Take initiative and enjoy exploring and expanding your role
- Have strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Open to new technologies & new ways of working
- Strong editing and writing skills suitable for each platform, from knowing how to write a successful tweet to using effective storytelling techniques
- Knowledge and understanding of algorithms and search engine optimisation
- Strong verbal communication skills for articulating ideas to colleagues and clients
- Organisational skills, with the capacity to prioritise and work across multiple projects
- The ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Data analysis skills and statistical prowess to draw actionable insights
- Able to clearly and simply communicate to a diverse set of stakeholders and adjust delivery to suit the audience
- Ability to follow brand guidelines
