**What's the purpose of the role?**
This is an exciting opportunity to join RM Resources as our Social Media Strategist, drawing on your paid social media experience for both our TTS and Consortium brands. Working within the wider Content Marketing and Social Media team, you will enjoy a hybrid role, with 50% of your time spent on planning, developing and executing the paid social media strategy for TTS to grow brand awareness, advocacy, sentiment and engagement across all social media channels. In addition, using your excellent SEO skills, you will be responsible for writing optimised content, such as blog posts and video scripts to drive traffic to the websites for TTS and Consortium, and supporting with the day-to-day team responsibilities including management of the organic social media calendar. With excellent data analysis skills to track success, you’ll continually monitor results and make recommendations for improvements to the strategy.

**What does the job entail?**
- Develop and execute the paid social media strategy for TTS UK to provide the best ROI (this is all done in-house, without agency support), with the aim of increasing brand awareness, customer engagement and intent.
- Advise and support the Social Media Execs with the organic social media strategies for TTS International and Consortium.
- You will be expected to benchmark performance against key competitors and ensure that TTS and Consortium continue to grow their social media reach exponentially, ultimately driving enhanced brand awareness that increases revenue and profit for the business.
- Work directly with the Head of Content to ensure all Content Marketing campaigns are promoted effectively across all relevant social media channels and regularly meet / exceed campaign KPIs.
- Work closely with the digital acquisition managers to ensure that the Paid Social strategy dovetails the organic strategy whilst delivering against the KPI’s
- Create inspiring and on-brand content for all social media channels, and support the social media executives to create multimedia content.
- Undertake budget management to ensure budgets are deployed most effectively in various periods throughout the year to maximise results.
- Manage the relationship with the customer service team and oversee communications to identify potential issues and opportunities.
- Work with content creators to increase the business’ reach and engagement of our content, brands and products.
- Write effective SEO content to drive traffic to the websites, which is aligned with activity on the social media calendar.
- Support the Social Media Execs with the admin and day-to-day execution of the team responsibilities.

**What are we looking for?**
- Over 3 years’ experience within a relevant / related role, preferably within B2B
- Relevant qualification in marketing, digital, content writing or social media is desirable
- Proven experience of managing paid social media budgets, with evidence of successfully achieving channel growth.
- Extensive knowledge of all social media platforms, associated tools, trends and best in class approaches
- Well-versed in social media management, KPIs and reporting tools
- Demonstrated experience of working with influencers within a formal capacity
- Demonstrated creative skills and a willingness to challenge creative execution to drive improvements
- Proven experience of SEO content writing that has driven traffic through organic search
- Ensuring that brand TOV is implemented with consistency across all channels
- Ability to handle multiple workstreams at pace, often reacting to changes at short notice
- Proven experience collaborating with numerous stakeholders with the confidence to influence and educate
- Ability to leverage data to maximise business opportunities
- Outgoing and articulate, with great interpersonal skills and the ability to work with full autonomy
