Diamond Search Recruitment are delighted to be representing our client, a business who really invest in their people and technology. Our client has a great business reputation and are regarded highly in their sector. Recruiting for a **Business Development Executive.**

You will be responsible for working with the business development team, supporting a wide variety of business development activities including pitch support, event management, design and creation of digital collateral and materials, data capture, analysisand management and BD reporting. Working closely with all members of the BD&M team as well as with fee earners and external suppliers.

**MAIN DUTIES**
- Work with BD Managers to develop BD plans for market segments, support the implementation and track progress providing input and ideas
- Take the lead on managing all events working closely with the BD Manager and teams involved to ensure that events meet their objectives are delivered effectively
- Provide support on internal events (AGM, management conference etc) where needed, Promote and post event details on events calendar
- Support the development and management of a firm wide BD training programme
- Undertake research on targets as required using internal data and external platforms
- Contribute to firm wide and market focused campaigns by helping compile target lists, drafting communications and monitoring progress
- Develop online materials to support campaigns, ensure these are properly targeted using relevant marketing lists
- Work with comms team on website and social media campaign elements Ensure progress is tracked
- Produce first draft pitch documents
- Work with Senior BD Manager to build a manage a central library of pitch materials
- Support BD team in producing pipeline reports and updating data where required

**EXPERIENCE**
- Minimum three years’ work experience in a marketing environment, ideally in a professional services business
- Online and face to face event management experience
- Experience of Zoom, Teams, MS Office, Outlook, document management systems, Wordpress, CRM system(s) and social media (LI, Twitter)

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Desirable - marketing qualification (CIM or other).
