**Wholesale and Warehouse**

Our Wholesale & Warehouse department manages all aspects of storage and stock management, as well as incoming and outgoing deliveries. We are looking to add a Warehouse Supervisor to this busy and fast paced team.

**As a Warehouse Supervisor your responsibilities will include, although are not limited to**:

- Overseeing receiving and dispatching procedures for shipments
- Assigning workloads and daily tasks to Warehouse operatives
- Communicating internally/externally to orders status and troubleshoot problems
- Monitoring inventory and shipment transactions for accuracy
- Ensuring inventory and storage areas are clean and maintained
- Monitoring Warehouse Associates to ensure safety procedures are being followed when operating forklifts and other machinery

- Ensure the work you do is of a high standard and that Group procedures and policies are followed.
- Act as an ambassador for the business, presenting the Group in a positive way with clients, customers, and colleagues.
- Work flexibly and efficiently to meet customer needs, whilst maintaining the highest possible professional standards.
- Always maintain confidentiality and security.

**Skills and Attributes Required**
- Experience operating in a similar role is desirable.
- Previous Warehouse Management System knowledge and understanding
- Good Communication/troubleshooting Skills
- Experience using MS Business Central advantageous.
- Forklift License is preferred although not essential. Training will be provided.
- Previous experience working n a pharmaceutical or fast paced distribution environment.
