Administrative Assistant

Hallhouse Care Home is looking for an Administrative Assistant with great organisational, inter-personal and first point of contact skills. Previous experience working in a care environment is preferred.
Every day will offer plenty of variety and great administration skills are a pre-requisite for the role. Working alongside the Home Manager, this is a fantastic role to be a part of an experienced team, where creativity and empowerment are encouraged.
**Administrative Assistant Contract**
- £10 per hour
- 22.5-hours per week
- Pension
- 5.6 weeks annual leave _(Based on a full-time contract)_
- Onsite parking
- PVG
**Administrative Assistant Tasks**
- First point of contact for prospective residents and team members
- An ambassador for the care home, ie. showing people around Hallhouse Care Home and integrating with the local community
- Managing the enquiry database
- Setting up overseeing all administration systems to include residents’ agreements, team members contracts, payroll etc..
