Order Administrator

We are a fruit, veg and dry goods wholesaler based in Melksham looking for a detail-oriented and organised individual to join our order inputting team as an Order Administrator.

The working hours are Thursday evenings from 6pm to 11:30pm.

Pay is £11.45 an hour with an immediate start. You can also benefit from our healthcare plan (also covers any dependent children) and Nest Pension Scheme.

As an Order Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accurate and efficient processing of orders placed by customers into our system ready to be picked by our night team.

Main duties include:

- Processing customer orders using our Freshmetrics system;
- Verifying order information for accuracy and completeness;
- Coordinating with other departments to ensure correct order fulfilment.

You will need to be willing to learn:

- How to use our FreshMetrics system;
- The range of products we offer;
- Our customers and what they generally order;
- Communicating with other departments on relevant matters.

Desirable Skills:

- Strong administrative skills and attention to detail;
- Proficiency using computerised systems for order processing;
- Strong data entry skills with high accuracy;
- Organisational skills for managing tasks and priorities effectively;
- Ability to work independently;
- High initiative and resourcefulness.

You must be able to travel to the site when required, for example, if there is an issue with the system or for training and meetings.

Full training in our system and procedures will be given.

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: £11.45 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 5.5 per week
