**Social Media Lead**

A global insurance company looking for an experienced individual to join there Marketing Centre of Excellence as a Social Media Lead.

**The Role**

You’ll need to have demonstrable experience delivering social programs that drive business impact using best practice to drive customer engagement and trading performance.

Shaping the way the client transforms consumer social media channels, including launching new channels, defining content approach and delivering an impact to communities that drives engagement, while building audiences.

**Responsibilities**

The Social Media Lead will be responsible for leading the development of the consumer cross-channel social media strategy, partnering with social platforms to drive a step change in the end clients approach - identifying new channel opportunities, capabilities, and platforms.
- Overseeing all paid and organic campaigns and content, ensuring a drive in business growth across core products and propositions
- Working alongside multiple teams through the organisation to achieve common goals.
- Defining the role and impact that social contributes to the business, delivering new opportunities and activity to drive cost efficiency's, gain actionable insights, and ensure optimal customer experiences.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience leading transformations social media programs, leading teams, and working across multiple platforms to deliver evidenced business growth
- Experience launching new social media channels, platforms and capabilities within established organisations, with the ability to articulate business benefits
- Experience using 1st party data, audience development and targeting capabilities, and creative format testing to drive results
- Ability to partner with Media and Digital Marketing colleagues, creative and media agencies to develop a holistic approach to marketing programs and campaigns that support cross-channel experiences
- Experience showcasing performance insights and results to wider business stakeholders to drive growth and buy-in to further develop
