We are an industrious, expanding company looking for a highly motivated and proactive individual to join our dynamic office team as an Accounts & Administration Assistant.

The main aim of the role is to support the business operations by proactively undertaking a range of day-to-day administrative and accounts duties such as;
- Accounts Administration and Organisation - Purchase Invoice Monitoring, Entry and Organisation, Generating Sales Invoices, Project Cost Monitoring, etc. (Xero System)
- Ability to be proactive, self-motivated and show plenty of initiative
- Keen to learn, enthusiastic and reliable
- Thrives in a rapid-paced environment and enjoys undertaking a variety of tasks.
- Conscientious, pay attention to detail when being briefed and when undertaking tasks
- Work efficiently both alone and as part of a committed team
- Strong IT skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Xero with the ability to produce professional communications with good spelling, grammar and presentation
- Confident communication skills both verbally and written
- Ability to form and maintain effective working relationships with suppliers, contractors and clients
- Organisation skills and ability to prioritise tasks

Previous experience in accounts is preferred.
