We are seeking a Print Assistant Administrator to work within creative services at the University of Plymouth. Based in the Design and Print Centre on the main Plymouth Campus, you will assist in the processing of print jobs, supporting the photography and film production teams and working as part of the wider design and print team. Excellent customer service skills will be required to support University staff to access the creative services and ensure deliveries and orders are received and processed from suppliers in a timely manner.

A key part of the role will be assisting the print officers with raising print jobs and liaising with suppliers and processing orders for paper and merchandise as well as working with the University finance system to raise and process invoices.

Often the first point of contact for people engaging with the Design and Print Centre, it is essential you have excellent customer service skills and face-to-face, phone and written communication skills.
- Ideally you will have experience of working in a print or creative environment with an understanding of the print and paper industry.
- An understanding of how to raise orders and process invoices using online systems would be an advantage.

This is a full-time position working 37 hours per week on a permanent basis.
