**Job Role Summary**

The programme is workbook based to meet the needs of participants with weekly IT classes delivered by an expert Digital Coach for those who need it.

We have also developed a new My Life After Work one day interactive session to support people to plan for their life after work into retirement.

**The main tasks are**:
To facilitate work related programmes that focus on life and practical skills.

To be able to deliver training style sessions to groups of people.

To meet project targets that show positive outcomes for programme participants.

To follow up with participants to ensure their outcomes are captured in project reports.

To promote the programme within job centres and other organisations.

**You will need**:
To have a good understand of employability programmes.

To be able to facilitate programmes within group settings.

To have excellent teaching/training skills and experience.

To have excellent people skills.

To be a self-starter able to deliver outcome-based programmes.

To be able to encourage and motivate people.

To be able to demonstrate empathy towards programme participants.

To work well as part of the Age UK Tameside team.

To work 16 hours a week over 3 working days.

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 16 per week

**Salary**: £11.03 per hour
