**Job Role Summary**
The programme is workbook based to meet the needs of participants with weekly IT classes for those who need it.
**The main tasks are**:
To sign people up to the programme
To be able to deliver the programme to small groups.
To provide one to one support.
To run IT group sessions.
To motivate people into work, volunteering and training.
To promote the programme within job centres and other organisations.
**You will need**:
To have a good understand of job search programmes
To be able to deliver group programme and provide one to one support.
To have excellent tutor/training skills and experience.
To have excellent people skills.
To have excellent IT skills.
To be able to encourage and motivate people.
To be able to demonstrate empathy towards programme participants.
To record and report programme outcomes.
To work well as part of the Age UK Tameside team.
To work 21 hours a week over 4 working days.
**Job Type**: Part-time
**Salary**: £11.44 per hour
