Lincoln, Grantham, Norwich

1) **OVERALL PURPOSE OF THE JOB**

2) **REPORTING RELATIONSHIPS**
- Commercial Manager
- Customer Sales Representatives

3) **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Quoting new and existing customers.
- Maintaining your CRM, chasing enquiries and acknowledgements.
- Developing relationships with new and existing customers.
- Problem solving customer issues with product.
- Serving and assisting customers on the trade counter when necessary.

4) **JOB DIMENSIONS / SCOPE**
- Quoting customers ensuring minimum profit margins are yet.

5) **KNOWLEDGE / SKILLS / EXPERIENCE REQUIRED**
- Previous sales experience
- GSCE’s or equivalent Grade C and above - Maths and English
- Excellent IT skills

6) **RELATING TO PEOPLE INTERNALLY**
- Commercial Manager
- General Manager
- Sales Team
- Purchasing Team
- Accounts Team
- Despatch Team
- Workshop Teams

7) **RELATING TO PEOPLE EXTERNALLY**
- Customers.

- Ability to provide exceptional customer care.
- The ability to handle technical enquiries and respond to clients in an accurate and timely manner.
