- Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions
- Taking Bookings for walk-ins, being always up to date with hotel occupancy, selling rate, rooms availability and hotel policies
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of public areas, including lobbies, hallways, and restrooms
- Serving being the bar
- Setting up Main Restaurant for Breakfast
- Set-up meeting and events rooms
- Respond to guest inquiries and requests promptly and courteously
- Assist with check-in and check-out procedures as needed
- Handle guest complaints or concerns with empathy and professionalism
- Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure a positive guest experience

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in a hospitality or customer service role is preferred
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Familiarity with hotel operations and guest services is a plus

As a Porter, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional guest services. Your friendly demeanour, attention to detail, and ability to communicate effectively will contribute to creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests.
